We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eminent Crafts. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it.

Please contact us to initiate the return process. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for custom orders.

We take great care in handcrafting and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it to initiate a claim.

Please provide us with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assess the damage and work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
